To respond to your enquiry and provide the requested service
To prevent spam and abuse of our contact form
To comply with legal record-keeping obligations (e.g. tax invoices)

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless we have an active business relationship with you.

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data (where we are not legally required to keep it)

Hosting & third parties

This site is hosted in the EU. Form submissions are processed by our transactional email provider and our instant-notification service to deliver your enquiry to us. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
