Information we process

You provide information when you submit the form, contact us by phone or email, or use embedded services on this website. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• your name and contact details: phone number and/or email address
• the service selected, a description of your vehicle, and your message
• IP address, browser and device information, and technical data needed to protect the form from spam
• information associated with using Google Maps or Cloudflare Turnstile when the relevant service is loaded

The contact form does not require an account or payment details. Please do not include information in your message that is not needed to handle your enquiry.

Purposes and legal bases

• responding to your enquiry and taking steps before a possible contract — GDPR Article 6(1)(b)
• contact relating to an enquiry or service, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests)
• meeting legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements for service records — GDPR Article 6(1)(c)
• securing the website and contact form, including preventing spam and automated abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile — GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests)
• optional Google Maps and configured analytics tools — based on consent, which you can give through the banner; you can also load a map using its separate button

Who may receive your data

Data is accessible only to people who need it to handle your matter and to service providers processing it on our behalf or providing separate services. We use the following categories of services:

• the contact-form system provider, which receives, secures and forwards enquiries to the controller
• hosting, infrastructure, email and notification providers that help operate the website and handle enquiries
• Cloudflare Turnstile, a form-security measure that helps prevent spam and automated abuse
• Google Maps; the map loads only after optional services are accepted or the visitor selects “Load map”

No external analytics tools are configured for this version of the website.

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers take place under the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, depending on the mechanism used by the relevant provider. We do not claim that one transfer mechanism applies to all providers.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not result in a service are generally kept for no longer than 12 months after contact ends. Data relating to a completed service and accounting records is kept for the period required by applicable law. Information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be kept until the relevant limitation period expires. Technical logs and provider backups may be subject to their own retention periods.

Cookies, maps and external services

Your choice about optional services is stored in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) under the key cookie-consent. If you accept optional services, embedded Google Maps and only the analytics tools configured for this version of the website may load. If you decline, maps do not send requests to Google unless you select “Load map” yourself. Google may receive your IP address and browser information when a map is loaded. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact-form page regardless of your analytics choice to protect the form from spam; it may process your IP address and technical data.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request:

• access to and a copy of your data
• correction or erasure of your data
• restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests
• data portability, where provided for by the GDPR
• withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to reply. We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
